Sean impressed us from the very beginning. While we were obtaining quotes, he stood out as the only builder who was consistently punctual—always on time. We had many questions for him, and he never missed a call. He always took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Sean @solobuilds left us feeling confident in our choice. From start to finish, he maintained an exceptionally high level of professionalism, which helped us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He is polite, tidy, and holds high standards for all of his work. We genuinely did not have a single complaint and would gladly use and recommend him to anyone undertaking construction work. Thank you, Sean. We are very happy with our new extension and actually miss having you around.

We've done a project where we rendered a whole house for Solo Build and what an absolute pleasure it was. Sean and the gentlemen were great to work with throughout the whole process making our job even easier - solution driven, always. If things went this great for us as tradesmen, we can only imagine how great they'd be to deal with for any renovation or build projects their clients may have going! 10/10 would recommend and we're excited to continue this relationship. Thanks again gentlemen!

Sean from Solo Builds is intelligent, creative and switched on. You will feel safe working with him, entrusting your assets in his hands. The process of considering and planning my first story addition (Adding a Second Level on my Current Home), was made easy with the support of Sean. Communication – He is clear and precise and will make time for you on those busy days. Effort – Sean takes pride in his work. This was very important for me when placing my asset in his hands. Many other builders took 1 look at what I wanted and started asking for money, with Sean, I was met with effort instead of a ‘Hand Out’ for cash. Pricing – Works within your budget and is not pushy, he will work alongside you. Reviews & Media Content – He is up to date with technology and is across many online platforms. There you will find reviews and real client feedback – all reflecting positive outcomes. Creativity – Speak your mind, talk through your plans, sketch, draw and show him your imagination, he will come back to you, bringing things to life – leaving you happy. Surprises – There are none, that’s why we chose to go with someone who knows what they are talking about and what they are doing. Feeling comfortable was one of the biggest things for me in this process. I'm very pleased to have found and engaged with Sean from Solo Builds.

Sean and Tristen did a fantastic job on our renovation. We had a complicated job that needed repairs caused by water and termite damage + recladding. They were extremely professional and completed to the job to a perfect standard. Cannot commend the boys enough and will definitely bring them in for any future carpentry work.

We had a great experience when dealing with Sean @ SoloBuilds. He was a great help from the very beginning. His kitchen designs were great and showed attention to detail. Sean was also very attentive to all our specific needs and went out of his way to help us with what we needed. Though we didn't go with his team due to price, we wanted to express our thanks for all the help Sean did provide and would be happy to perhaps work with him down the road on other smaller projects. Thanks again!
