  Choosing Ashmont Homes as our builder was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, they were happy to answer any questions we had which helped build a solid foundation of trust. We had heard so many horror stories online and Ashmont Homes really helped to put us at ease. The custom design process was easy and enjoyable. Andrew and his team took the time to understand our wants/needs, then worked hard to add little touches that set our home apart from others similar to our design. Throughout this phase, communication was excellent—always consistent, informative, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns we had. As we moved into the pre-construction phase, I was in heaven, the selection options available were so big, providing so many options. Andrew and his team went above and beyond, even sourcing alternatives outside the standard options to accommodate our specific requests. Once construction began, transitioning to Tim and his team was seamless. Communication remained excellent throughout, with Tim providing timely updates. The added touch of attaching photos allowed us to watch our home take shape, which was a great way to stay connected to the progress. Despite challenging weather conditions, the construction team kept things on track and delivered our home within the anticipated timeframe. This level of reliability and commitment is rare, especially considering some of the delays others in our neighborhood experienced. What truly sets Ashmont Homes apart, however, is the high level of workmanship and aftercare we have received. From start to finish, we felt that our home was as important to them as it was to us. Their dedication and care gave us peace of mind every step of the way and we now we have a home that we are proud to show to friends and family. Ashmont Homes consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality and excellence, from the design phase through to construction.   Our experience with Ashmont has just been fantastic. Being able to have a builder that is readily available and you can contact them at any time with any questions, day or night, it’s been an unbelievable experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough. When we started building with Ashmont, they estimated the build to be about 10 months and pretty much they’ve been bang on. We would tell people about Ashmont’s build, that their quality of work has been above and beyond and has been exceptional. We’re honestly speechless about the outcome and how everything has finished, it’s just been amazing. Just brilliant attention to detail, it’s way better than any of the experiences we’ve had with builders in the past.

Whenever I had request for a change, they accommodated. So that is something I really appreciate from these guys, they are very accommodating people.   We recently built with Ashmont Homes and can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From our very first discussions through to handover, we felt genuinely supported, listened to and valued. A huge highlight of our journey was working with Andrew, whose expertise and guidance made such a difference to our overall experience. Andrew took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and never made us feel like ‘just another client’. He was very patient, made us feel confident in our choices and ensured we felt heard in every decision and conversation. The design team were also fantastic. They were extremely flexible and open-minded and allowed us to bring our own ideas to the table - especially around our floor plan and facade. We wanted our home to feel as custom as possible with a strong Hamptons design and they absolutely delivered. They listened to our wants and vision, worked with us to refine it and helped create a home with beautiful street appeal and cohesive internal selections that feel thoughtful and high end. During the build, the construction team continued that same supportive approach. They were accomodating when we requested changes along the way, including additions such as bulkheads, slight door adjustments and stair design modifications. Nothing ever felt too hard and we always felt like our requests were handled respectfully. One of the biggest standouts was how efficient and smooth the build was. Our build timeframe was very short and this was clearly due to the excellent scheduling and organisation of our supervisor and trades. The site ran smoothly, trades were well coordinated and the overall process felt structured and well managed. We are so grateful to the entire Ashmont team for helping bring our dream home to life. Their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to personalise our build made the experience enjoyable and the final result is a home we are incredibly proud of.   Ashmont deserves the highest praise possible. I went to several builders with my custom home plans, and Ashmont not only met them with enthusiasm but made me feel listened to instead of spoken at. From our very first meeting, Andrew made me feel truly heard, was upfront about costs, and took the time to understand my vision before anything was signed. Suddenly, the daunting task of building a custom home felt clear, exciting, and achievable. The pre-construction stage was seamless, I enjoyed the fun parts while Ashmont handled everything behind the scenes. They welcomed my ideas, offered expert guidance, and kept communication clear, professional, and organised. When construction began, Tim brought every detail of our plan to life with passion and precision. The build ran exactly on schedule, updates were frequent, and any changes I requested were handled without fuss. Most of my memories are of chatting and laughing with the crew, not worrying about the build, which says everything about Ashmont’s reliability and skill. The result is my incredible, beautifully built custom home, designed exactly to suit my family’s needs.
