Chose MK after reviews, and attractive quote - and yes its all so true ! Team came in on time , polite and well focused- removed the old aircon and old ducts and installed new one all in a day helped explaining in very (very) detail how ducted aircon works, airflow, zones , efficient settings during day time night etc helped tune in the app on mobile … installed solid base with cement for out door , thicker and longer ducts for better efficiency and less noise ; rewired power supply all the way with correct wire gauge / took the 20 yr old indoor outdoor units and duct rubbish all with them - left place neat tidy and freezing cold and so quiet !! well valued, surely recommended.

Sayed, he was such a professional technician I have ever met. He was so transparent with me about what he was gonna do to my faulty air conditioner and also explained what happened to it too. Which was very clear to me that why till now that my ac was not working properly and correctly where I had to keep on refilling the gas every year which costs me $700 and some other companies just charge me money without telling me what was the actual cause of it. But Sayed, He carefully checked my AC system, clearly explained the fault, and answered all my questions patiently. He was honest about the issue and the cost involved. Would highly recommend for AC diagnostics and repairs. I would personally say go for Sayed as he is very confident, knowledgeable in what he is doing and transparent about it. Unlike other people and companies who just like to rip off people money. He also made me realised and understood better that this is actual cause of air conditioner. He was so friendly and comfortable to talk to. He was punctual and professional. He inspected our Daikin ducted system and explained the issue clearly, saying the problem appears to be with the upstairs indoor unit and there was a leak where the pipe was not tighten up hard enough. He was upfront about the cost and next steps. Very professional and knowledgeable technician.He also put the rubber support feet to level the ac as without it, is my outdoor unit was not level which was a bit tilted. Which can also cause the compressor to have an issues so it needs to be level so the compressor is level and balance. Now it looks good and clean and is level and balanced. Also he changed the ac filter too which he reminded me how often it needs to be changed too as well. Not only he was very professional but also he was giving loads of advice and simple instructions/informations to be followed up which was very handy. That’s what I really liked about him. Like I said I highly highly 💯 % recommend him for the air conditioner diagnosis or repair as he is the right person to look up for. Cox I had experienced loads of different people where they just didn’t even explained to me like I said earlier and just took my money and charge me for nothing. But Sayed I would really recommend him and again I really appreciate his work. Thank You Sayed. I will continue to come to you in future again.
