We have an odd shaped apartment and have very limited options as to where we could install air conditioning. Marcelo was able to find a solution that was less invasive than other options put to us and at a competitive price. Wow- incredible work, advice and service! I first spoke with Marcelo 14 months ago over phone and he gave me some invaluable advice which helped me get another year from out 20 year old ducted system but it failed this year. Marcelo gave great advice on the best replacement system. We used Cool Living for the first time a few months ago for a service on our ducted system, Marcello came out and carried out the work and was the only person to find an installation fault, nobody on previous services found anything. I have had Marcello back to update our control panel and to connect a wifi adapter, everything is working as it should have, would highly recommend Cool Living and have done so to some friends of ours, will continue to use Cool Living in the future.
