We had Kevin from Airtex come out to service our older AC units, and after assessing the setup he recommended replacing the system and adding a third unit in the lounge, all connected to a single outdoor unit. The quote was very competitive, and the whole process was smooth, transparent, and easy from start to finish. Kevin and his team did an excellent installation. On time, tidy, and genuinely hassle-free. Everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend Airtex!

Kevin from Airtex recently replaced our old split system and the whole experience was great. He was friendly, professional and turned up exactly when he said he would. The installation was done neatly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not always easy finding reliable trades these days, so it was refreshing dealing with someone who takes pride in their work. Would happily recommend Kevin to anyone needing air conditioning installation or replacement. Thanks Kevin 😄

Great service from Kevin! He came to my elderly parent's place within 24 hours of our call, quickly identified the issue with a gas leak causing issues. He was flexible in arranging a suitable time to return & complete it a few days later at a convenient time for us. An all around nice guy & we were happy to support his own business. Recommend for sure!

Kevin and the team were incredible. I’ve used the services of many aircon companies before, but no one has looked after us like these guys. They fit us on a short notice for service, didn’t invent a bunch of stuff that “needed fixing” like many do, and charged us a reasonable rate. And when I needed additional help with airflow and temperature control, again, Kevin gave us options to suit our budget and looked after us. On top of that they fit us on such short notice to come back in 48 hours and install the new system. Highly recommend these guys.

Today I had Airtex replace my old multi-split system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial enquiry right through to the installation, their communication and follow-up were always timely, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the best replacement option for my needs. Kevin and the team worked efficiently and made every effort to keep the workspace clean. They took away the old unit and left the indoor and outdoor areas absolutely spotless—I honestly didn’t need to clean up after them at all. Kevin and the whole team were polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Airtex to anyone looking for reliable Air Con service. I'm glad to have a working aircon again. Thank you.
