I finally had a ducted aircon system installed in 4 rooms with 4 separate zones and l couldn't be more thrilled with it. The team were polite, professional and did a fabulous job. 10 out of 10. I can recommend Vital air-conditioning without reservation.

My former old air con stopped working after heavy rains and I needed to fix it as soon as possible. I contacted Vital and Joe came to see our house on the same day and checked the system. It was found out our existing old aircon was no longer repairable and it is the time for replacement. Vital Aircon gave us a very reasonable and comparable price and they came and install on one weekend. Joe and his technician team are very professional and did their job very nicely. We are very happy with our new “Daikin Inverter with reverse cycle ducted system" which we can use either the manual controller on the wall or from our mobile phones with the app via the internet. Very happy with Vital Aircon and will work with them again in future if any need arises!!!

Vital Air’s pricing was also very competitive. Other very helpful details included a courtesy call when the technician was not far away and they always arrived within the agreed time frame. Even smaller details helped like a courtesy text to inform me that a quote had been sent via email as this enabled me to check my email and approve and action accordingly. Excellent company from customer service to the technician who attended to my urgent request for AC repair. Customer service moved appointments around to fit me in and the technician came back twice when the first appointment was rained out. He was very helpful and took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was. I will definitely use Vital again.

Staff very helpful in getting a technician to come have a look at my air conditioner. Originally booked in for them to come in on Wednesday, but managed to fit us in the same day. Techician was very polite and professional. Managed to get my aircon serviced and up and running within 30 mins. Very grateful with the team from vital air conditioning services. Highly recommend.
