Smartway AC are great to deal with, totally professional, and the techs who I’ve met are always friendly, efficient and trust worthy. My unit first broke down over Xmas NY, I had guests, it was 40 degrees and they were the only ones that responded. It was a 25 year old unit, and they could easily have just sold me a new one at a nice big price, but instead they got the old one working for a service charge only. When it came time to finally update, I had no hesitation’s in getting them back, and they have delivered just the right solution.

Ken and his team did a great job installing our two air con units. He was efficient, a good communicator and their Daikin products are the premium model. While a little more expensive, we felt that was the right choice from an energy efficient perspective. Thanks Ken!
