I highly recommend Thomas to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. His professionalism, skill, and commitment to customer satisfaction set him apart, and I am very happy with the bathroom renovation he recently completed for me (installing bath/shower combo). From the outset, Thomas impressed me with his punctuality and adherence to schedule. Renovations can often be unpredictable, but he ensured everything stayed on track, providing me with regular updates throughout the whole process. As well as needing a bathroom renovation, I inherited a challenging waterproofing issue with the property and was quite nervous about the process of rectifying it. Thomas’s communication about what was required and how it would be fixed was clear and consistent, and he took the time to patiently answer all my questions (I had a lot!), explaining each step of the process thoroughly, easing any concerns I had along the way. Thomas also provided all the necessary compliance certificates. In addition to his technical skills, Thomas was friendly and approachable, making the entire process enjoyable. His easy going nature and prompt communication style made this whole process very smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Thomas for your bathroom renovation!
