After having multiple companies come out and provide quotes — and receiving conflicting information — I truly appreciated the clarity and education he gave me. Josh recently completed the tiling for our outdoor patio area. Throughout the process he was very friendly and professional with great communication, always letting me know when he would be arriving etc. He completed the work to a high standard and we're really happy with the end result. Josh managed our bathroom renovations from start to finish and delivered on an amazing bathroom transformation. We had a very minor issue with our shower screen and he was able to organise the trades to come out on the weekend and fix the issue within 24h. His customer service and care for the client needs is second to none and is very competitive in pricing on one of the more expensive household renovations.

Josh was excellent – from assisting me in locating the unique tiles I was after, discussing layout and grout types (spend the extra on epoxy grout, you won’t regret it), to the final clean-up and finish. Our kitchen makeover relied on an efficient and skilled tiler and Josh fitted the bill flawlessly.
