We did our homework on looking for a replacement solar panel system which would also include a battery. We reviewed different companies, seeking someone with a good reputation and who had been in the business for some time. During consultation, we asked every question we could think of and was satisfied at the depth of knowledge Mukesh (at Regen) had. The subcontractor installers (Matt Kerridge and team) were absolutely brilliant, professional, and efficient. They walked us through the system and how to use the app. Every part of the process (from consultation to finish) was excellent. We have no hesitations in recommending. Very satisfied and happy with our purchase through Regen.

We are extremely happy with the products and service we recently obtained from Regen Power Pty Ltd. We initially contacted Regen Power in early Oct 2025 and was connected to Sales Executive Dikshant Srivas who took time to answer all of our questions and queries both on the phone and emails. After few discussions and considerations, we decided to install 22 x440w Risen Solar Panels with 2 x Alpha-ESS 10.1kWh Battery size based on our family current energy need and consumption. We were advised that they'll try to have the installation completed before Christmas despite their busy schedule, and we have our installation completed on 23/12/2025 which was a mind-blowing to us! Matthew Kerridge and his Team from the Installation Company Sunlux Solar did an excellent job on the day and even spent some time guide us how to use the Alpha ESS app so that we can monitor our Solar and energy consumption effectively and efficiently. I had my solar system supplied and installed by Regen Power in 2020, which I was very happy. Recently in November 2025 they supplied and installed new 20 kW batteries and replaced the inverter. Their support by salesman, office staff and installers were perfect, very professional, friendly and helpful. As I am a professional engineer myself, my observation from installation team and support thereafter was that they are perfectly aware of standards, safety, performance and future requirements.

Super happy with my experience with Regen. Did not try to oversell me product over and above my needs, in fact talked me down from overkill. Great customer service, quick responses to queries - including post installation. Trades were good and install neat. System is performing above expectations. Communications good throughout whole process.

The installation of our batteries was completed in a professional manner and the site left tidy and clean by the installer’s. Once completed the instructions given by the team were clear and easy to follow. This is the second time we have done business with Regen and both times I’ve been very satisfied with their workmanship.
