The installation was every professional and and friendly team very happy with sunterra Team . The installation has been cancelled couple time because of other electrician can’t do and on idea to solve the wiring issue.Jingko was every help full show up with just a second he said job can be done came out with an good idea to complete the job

I recently had a 20kWh battery installed at my Sinagra property and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The guys from Sunterra have been great to deal with. Right from the first phone call ( not a call centre like most of the other suppliers). The team came out removed the old panels & fitted the new panels & batteries . As it was quite a large system Jingko the electrician was still on site until 7.30pm . He explained the whole system & we are very pleased with it .

I am extremely satisfied with the solar service provided by Lucky. He did a great job, completing the service in just 30 minutes. He also explained every issue and problem in detail. His behavior was also wonderful. I highly recommend for a 5-star review for sunterra.

Was a good experience. Here's the odd parts 1. The wait time was 3 months longer than estimated... fine, busy business 2. The day before installation we were asked to pay the balance owing... not much notice and left scrambling... the $s were there, just had to ensure payment arrived in time before losing our installation spot. 3. No notice of when to expect the installation team...or things we should expect during installation etc. Now, the good. Graham was a good salesperson, returned emails and phone calls quickly. Only wish there was a more realistic installation time quoted. Now the best part. The installation team were top notch. Polite, efficient, helpful and professional. They knew their stuff. Would we recommend them? Yes. I already have coworkers asking questions. Good job!
