We had a Sigenergy system installed in February 2026 by West State Electrics, and they were an awesome company to deal with from the initial contact through to installation. Chris Barnes is a highly rated consultant, he provided clear and concise guidance, no question was too small, and he was never too busy to take a phone call. He also responded quickly to quote changes when the system was resized during the early stages. West State Electrics have a strong back‑office team that made the admin and paperwork process a breeze. A big thank you to Albert, Ava, Cinnamon, Jessica, and the wider team. Bryce and Jarrod arrived on time for both the pre‑install inspection and the installation itself. What was expected to be a two‑day install was completed in just one day, with Bryce bringing in a team of six to get the job done efficiently. The install team were fantastic to deal with, and the workmanship is of a very high standard, as shown in the photo. I highly recommend West State Electrics for solar products and installation. Firstly doing the research can be quite daunting however Chris at WSE made it easy for me to understand what my requirements would be and how to best meet those with the appropriate system set up. I did my research with multiple quotes and I selected WSE based on the system set up, installation, products and warranties. Across three companies pricing was roughly the same. Price was one component for my decision however the guarantee of the installation process by their team of qualified installers is what helped me make my decision. And the quality of the installation was 10/10 and the team of three installers handled it professionally, kept the work area tidy and provided some great tips on using the system and app. Lastly the app outputs are addictive and in four weeks I have not used any grid power. An absolute win. Its changed the way I use energy and is setting a great example to my kids about responsible energy use and environmental benefits.

Today in Perth this company fitted a sigenergy 16 kw battery. What fantastic service from start to finish. They arrived on time worked efficiently and left the site totally clean. Besides the weather being cloudy and wet I can already see on the app there is enough power to cover my evening usage without drawing from the grid.
