I recently had my new home energy system installed by Sunline Energy, which included a 15.4 kW solar array and a Tesla Powerwall 3 (13.5 kWh). The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. All components were delivered the day before, and the full system was installed the following day without any issues. The installation team was professional, efficient, and took the time to help me set up the Tesla app. They also demonstrated how the system works, including a backup failover and failback test so I could see it in action. The system was switched on after a safety inspection three days later, and since then the performance has been excellent. I’ve rarely needed to draw power from the grid and have been almost 100% self-sufficient each day. Overnight, the battery typically only drops to around 30% by early morning, which is impressive. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation and the system’s performance. I highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone looking to invest in solar and battery storage.

We're very happy with the end result of our solar and battery install by Sunline Energy. We opted for a new Sigenergy system. We're seeing excellent results through live monitoring of the system, which is perfectly sized for our needs while also allowing for return on investment through exporting. The system and install was competitively priced and any queries or concerns were quickly responded to by the team. Only drawback was distribution paperwork (required to export) was delayed. However, we cared more about the system working to get us off grid reliance! The team was flexible in respect of battery placement and solutions to get all panels on the roof. These Sigenergy systems are fantastic, allowing for instantaneous backup power in the event of a blackout.
