They arrived right on time at 7 AM and completed the installation well within the expected timeframe—smooth, hassle-free, and efficient. What stood out the most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They not only finished the job flawlessly but also ensured that everything was cleaned up before they left. On top of that, they provided clear instructions on what happens next, making the entire process seamless. Highly impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solar installation service.

His knowledge in Solar system is well over any other of the solar installer companies around. He clearly understands your needs and delivers quality workmanship. The installers were professionals and presented well. They did for us solar and Split systems thanks to Karen also who managed the AC units. Thanks guys wishing you and Ipromise team the best in your future endeavours.

Read moreI can’t express enough gratitude to IPromise Australia for their remarkable organisation in installing our electric hot water service so seamlessly. Karen was phenomenal, coordinating the installation in just 24 hours. IPromise has restored my faith in service providers, demonstrating that reliable companies truly exist, willing to go above and beyond for those in urgent need. My previous experience with another provider just a week ago was a source of great frustration as they overlooked our emergency need for a hot water system, leading me to cancel the order and solar rebate application on Wednesday, 15 October, 2025. Yet, when I reached out to IPromise that very Wednesday evening, they rose to the occasion. Our hot water service was installed this morning, and I feel immensely relieved to finally enjoy a proper shower and have hot water in our home. Thank you, Karen and IPromise, for your outstanding service.

Read moreWe went with iPromise for our split system air conditioning and water heater system and they did a fantastic job. Karen was very knowledgeable and worked hard to give us a great price as well as the system that would work best for our house. We went through several iterations as we honed in on what we wanted, and she was patient and flexible to ensure that everything went the way we wanted it. They installed the systems very quickly once we had decided on the system. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make use of the government rebates
