My rooftop solar hot water panel burst, and leaked thousands of litres of water. Living Solar responded very promptly to my call for help, disconnected the panel from my Rinnai water heater, so I had water - cold and hot - and offered to replace the gas-burning Rinnai with an electric heat pump. This was delivered when promised, competently installed with excellent service by the installer

We rang 4 Melbourne solar hot water system companies to quote on a new hot water system for our Brunswick investment property. Only 2 of them bothered to show up and of the 2 we chose Living Solar to do the job. I can honestly say that we were not only impressed by their quote but their tradesmen were very professional and did a great job. We chose a Rinnai solar hot water system (see pic below) with a gas back-up and the feedback from our tenants has been excellent. Highly recommend.
