Great experience from start to finish. The team at Solar Gain provided competitive pricing, friendly and comprehensive service, and high-quality workmanship throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the installation smooth and stress-free. Very happy with the end result and would happily recommend them to others looking at solar.

Two years ago I had a solar system home battery and EV charging system installed by solar gain they were quick and very professional. Over the two years I have had a small issue with a battery monitoring fault whenever I've had to contact them they have either had someone out to me in a couple of days or have had a tech remotely address the system with a firm wear updates. They not only care about the initial installation but follow up when there are issues outside of there control couldn't be more pleased with there dedication to there customers. Highly recommended.

SolarGain Hastings installed a full suite of 13kw solar panels with accompanying batteries as part of my new build. They did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, particularly given I am not an expert in this area and was relying upon SolarGain to set me up with the right solution for my specific needs (which they did). They also provided excellent after sales service when one of the products failed (through no fault of SolarGain). Bryn (SolarGain CEO) became personally involved and helped broker a great outcome with the manufacturer. Alex, Callum and Tom were also really helpful in diagnosing the product issue and resolving my concerns. I would highly recommend.

Alex and the team at Solargain Hastings are fantastic, reliable and very good at support and follow up. They installed a Fronious smart meter for me in my existing system which was installed by a different company. For some reason the previous installer did not install a smart meter and refused to do so when I contacted them two years later. Alex agreed to do so even though he hadn't done the original install and has been great at following up when I needed help to have it configured to work with Amber. Thanks Alex for reminding me that it's not just about the initial job, but it's also the ongoing support when it's needed!

Highly recommend Pat, Dale, and the team at Solargain Hastings. They went above and beyond getting me a battery upgrade sorted after some difficulties with Sungrow. They kept me updated throughout the process, went out of their way to find a solution, and delivered exactly what they promised. I'm thrilled with the installation and very, very happy with the outcome.
