Andy is very friendly and knowledgeable, making the process easy and affordable - I can’t believe we haven’t done it sooner! The panels are very sleek and our house was left spotless after all the work. The best thing is, even on a gloomy Melbourne day, we are producing all our own electricity! We will definitely be using Sun Phase again in the coming months to add some batteries.

We highly recommend Sunphase Electrical for solar and battery installations! Andy Graham secured the very first shipment of AIKO 475 3S54 panels in Melbourne when other installers told us 3S panels were unavailable. The installation quality was impressive with 21 kW of solar and 32 kWh of Sigenergy batteries. He kept the project on schedule by upgrading the Sigenergy 25 kW EVDC charger from the 7.5 m version (quoted but out of stock) to the 10 m version at no extra cost. He also included the Sigenergy Gateway backup module at no charge after it was left out of the original quote, and removed our old evaporative cooler with disposal as a complimentary service. Andy's pride, ownership and attention to detail in worksmanship was strong. He matched the Schneider components to our existing switchboard setup and fixed a poorly placed GPO himself. Pricing very competitive and landed about 15 percent lower than six other top rated installers we approached. They went above and beyond - recommending Sunphase without hesitation!

Recently had our solar/battery install completed by Andy. Very happy with the process. Direct contact with Andy from start to end, always made time to answer questions, clear communication in lead up to install and during. He left the place today at the end of each day and very clean on departure from the job. He even cleaned my gutters! With permission he also brought his dog along to play with ours. Thanks heaps
