From the initial visit to determine the best installation location to clearly explaining how the system works, they were thorough and easy to understand. They also took the time to walk me through the app, showing me how to control the battery and make the most of its features. Communication has been smooth and reliable, even after the installation was completed. We had a 15year old 2kw system that was well past its use by date. Leigh came up with the most detailed information and explained very clearly the options to help us make an informed decision. We couldnt be happier. Leigh and the team turned up when they said, installed a quality system and did high quality work. Ultimately, the system (15kw PV + 9.6kw battery) exceeds all our needs. We live in the Dandenongs and we regularly lose power. Now the system just seamlessly swaps over. Indeed, we dont even pull anything from the grid (day or night) and have actually decommissioned the generator.

Leigh from Energise has provided us with exceptional service, since our install a few years ago. Energise installed my 12kW of panels and since the 13kW battery went in I've barely had to use energy from the grid. Even in the winter! I love seeing all the usage and charge levels on the monitoring app. Other installers were offering half the system for this price. Leigh and his team at Energise take a lot of pride in their work and were informative, organised and professional.
