From the initial quote Cerin and his team were outstanding. They were the only installer that suggested they could go over the pool heating which I was super happy with. It meant that I could get all my panels north facing which was my preference. Price was really competitive as well. Hermanto's contact after acceptance of the quote to explain the process was invaluable and set the tone for the install. Then Wish, Ben, and Mick did an amazing job getting the system up and running. Special shout out to Wish, who was exceptional and explained everything I had questions about along the way. I couldn't recommend AEM more highly to anyone looking for a local installer that knows their stuff!

I purchased a 6.6kw and a 5kw inverter 3.5 years ago and couldn’t be happier, and I have recently added 4kw of panels and 24kw battery with a 6kw inverter, Matt the sales/project manager was brilliant in every aspect on both installations. The installers were top notch on both occasions insuring I was up to speed with its operation.last but certainly not least on both purchases the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Advanced Energy Management. We had a new system installed over the last 2 days that included removing our old panels and inverter and replacing with new panels, inverter and a battery. From start to finish the process was without fault and we could not be happier. From the initial thorough and informative consultation with James, to his equally thorough and informative site visit, we were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and the time he took to explain everything. Nothing was too much trouble, could not have asked for more. Aaron, our CEC accredited installer and his team were also excellent, and they did a fantastic job. They were friendly, hard working, and thoroughly cleaned up packaging and debris before leaving. So very happy I chose them to install our new system. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Had a great experience with Marcus Watson from Advanced Energy Management. His communication was exceptional and ensured I got the perfect system for my home. A comprehensive shading analysis was performed with a detailed rundown what it all meant for the setup of my system. Marcus was very quick to get back to any questions I had no matter what time of day. The installers did a truly amazing job and were out in a day. (And not one tile broken!) I would highly recommend Advanced Energy Management to anyone looking for a great solar experience throughout the entire process.

I spent a long time reviewing options to install solar in Hawthorn East. I was about to sign with my electricity retailer when I spoke to Matt at AEM. He provided clear quotes, when the person came to inspect the place they actually got on the roof with a measuring tape, and they explained a possible solution. Then the install went to plan as promised. No question was too annoying. And the post sale process with electricity inspector and comms with the weholesaler and retailer went to plan without intervention. Bills are half. I can use the app to check supply. Hazza! A great job and highly recommended.

Matthew installed an Enphase solar system on my residence in Keilor. He is a not only a highly skilled tradesman but takes a lot of pride in his work and Is meticulous with his adherence to compliance and appearance of his finished product.
