We engaged Sunboost to assist with the inspection of our meter box and solar connection. Although they did not originally install our system, they were still able to provide the support and guidance we needed, something we unfortunately did not receive from the original installer once the warranty period ended. Sunboost were professional and transparent throughout the entire process. When it became clear that they couldn’t complete the full scope of repairs initially quoted, they refunded the difference without any issue, which we really appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Noah and Aslan in particular, they were both clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sunboost to family and friends as a reliable and trustworthy option.

After installing two solar batteries I encountered a few challenges understanding things along the way. Luckily I found someone name Noah who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help resolve every issue and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. Noah turned a difficult process into a great outcome and I’m very grateful for his support.

Thank you to the Sunboost team Marco, Rex, Joe, Darren and on-site support provided by Ethan who helped the electrician resolve a technical issue with the EV charger. I'm very pleased with my new 24kw Sigenergy battery and Gateway, Sigenergy EV charger and 13kw solar installation.
