Jake is pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable, gave us good comprehensive advice and supplied a great battery solar system at a competitive price. Battery Solar Solutions are a great team, I asked a lot of questions and we had a few tricky specifications but they handled it all without a problem giving us the results we wanted. The installation was smooth and we are very happy with the outcome.

Battery Solar Solutions were recommended to me by one of my friends who previously used them. The initial consultation was perfect over email; they answered all my silly questions and were happy to compare prices. I ended up getting 6.6Kw Jinko panels and a 5kw Fronius inverter. Jason arrived on the scheduled day and on time and was happy to talk me through the installation process. They were done on the day and everything looked flawless. 2 weeks later there was a downpour and we noticed water was creeping into the bathroom as they cracked a tile during installation (they were 100% transparent when installing that there was a low chance of this happening). I called them the next day and they had Jason there that day to repair the cracked tile under the panels. He followed up with a phone call with apologies and with his personal number should it happen again. Super professional, and super happy with the end result and price.

The team at Battery Solar Solutions are great. They were faced with a tricky install which involved an older home consisting of Spanish tiles and raked ceilings. They completed the work extremely well and were able to resolve any post integration problems with the PV and Inverter. Thanks again for your hard work and customer service.
