Excellent service from start to finish We had Sunbeam Solar and Electrical supply and install an Alpha ESS 5 kW inverter with a 30.3 kWh solar battery, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. Ishant, the Sales Manager, was outstanding. From our initial phone conversation on 13 December, he was patient, clear, and genuinely helpful in explaining the options based on our budget and requirements. His follow-up was professional without being pushy. Unlike other providers who only communicated via phone or email, Ishant made the effort to visit our home on 20 December to inspect the site, understand our needs, and patiently explain all the technical details, which gave us extra confidence. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Ishant also helped expedite the installation, which was completed on 30 December — an impressive turnaround of about two weeks, while other providers were quoting end of January or February. On installation day, a team of three technicians arrived early, discussed and finalised the installation location with us, and offered professional suggestions. The installation was done neatly and professionally. Afterward, they helped set up the app and patiently walked us through everything, answering all our questions. I, recently purchased and got installed a 13.2 kw solar and 41.93kwh Fox ESS battery from sunbeam solar. From start till end ishant has been a great consultant he nonly explained why we need a new system with battery and now I see he was right and we love our new system. We took few other quotes as well and their price is very affordable as well. Installation was smoothly done great workers very neat and tidy after work. i had a solar system before and they buggared it up sunbeam solar come and put a new system and the service was good and the job they done was realy nice and tidy 36 pannels and 41 kw battery i highly recomend them thankyou so much even on crappy day i genrated 46kw and the price was realy good

I shopped around for a battery package and eventually came across Sunbeam. Best cost per kw value on the market. Gavin the sales guy is super attentive to my questions and my needs. Project was completed ahead of schedule by a fast, licensed and very experienced electrician. Will be recommending them to family and friends.

After going through many quotes I finalised Sunbeam as Ishant packaged the solar system based on my requirements. Their electrician was excellent and installed the system smoothly despite having a tricky roof being a double storey house. Highly recommend them.

I honestly hate dealing with sales people. I had three other companies come out and try to pressure me into signing on the spot, which made me want to give up on solar entirely. Then I met Gavin. He wasn't pushy at all. He came to the house, looked at our bills, and admitted that a battery probably wasn't worth it for us right now. That honesty is rare.
