We had the pleasure of dealing with AR Energy for our solar, battery and ev charger installation. From the initial phone conversations with Luke to the installation with all the guys on site and the commissioning with Nathan everything was smooth and hassle free. All the guys showed real professionalism ensuring the process was seamless from start to finish in a very short turn around time of only around two weeks from signing the proposal. I also have to commend the team on site for their general tidyness and attention to detail. A recommendation from me if you're in the market for a solar, battery and/or ev charger install.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Callan at AR Energy. He removed our old solar system and installed a new solar system, inverter and battery. He was punctual and polite to deal with, very efficient with his work and has an incredible eye for detail; ensuring that all of his work was done properly, neatly and with a sense of pride. Upon completion of the new install he highlighted that our switchboard was a mess, non compliant and a potential fire hazard. He was more than happy to show me the issues within the switchboard and patiently explained in layman’s terms how the switchboard worked and why the current switchboard was a hazard. He then did us up a quote for a switchboard upgrade and had it done within a few hours. The upgrade is extremely well done, neat and most importantly safe. The pricing for the solar removal, new install + battery and the switchboard upgrade were all very fair and competitive with the rest of the market, as we received quotes from elsewhere also. We can’t thank Callan and AR Energy enough for their outstanding work and customer service. I would highly recommend this company and especially Callan for all of your Solar/Electrical needs.

I contacted AR Energy about adding more solar panels to my current system while also adding a home battery. James was very helpful throughout the quote process and provided plenty of options to choose from as well as answering all of my questions. Once everything was confirmed, Maddy and the team kept me updated and booked the installation, and Ryan installed everything smoothly, answering all of our questions. I've been very happy with the whole process and my new battery/solar system has been working wonderfully.
