All round - excellent. We did a lot of research prior in products and prices and Irshad was brilliant. I saw the bad review from a year ago and we asked him about this as we were keen to go with solar gains products - he’d just taken on the company and this had been a prior order undertaken with outsourced workers. We honestly couldn’t be happier with him and his apprentice with customer service, price and products. Has been installed 3 months now and we feel we 100% made the right choice to go with him/solargain.

Best of the three quotes we received due to layout of panels to make the most of roof space and house orientation. Quality gear with good warranty. Couldn't be happier with the installers speed, quality and professionalism. Dealing with the office for quotes and follow up questions was easy and hassle free. Highly recommended for ACT install.

We had solar installed recently and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Quotes were straightforward, Solargain communicated delays throughout COVID-19 restrictions but made sure the job was done before the Solar Vic grant approval expired, the job was done very professionally and the installers were very concerned with the aesthetics of their installation. So far it all works very well and we are very happy with the output and haven’t had any problems at all. Highly recommended.

We had a big system installed but the guys worked systematically and efficiently to finish within a couple days. The whole job also looks neat and no mess left. Well mannered and nice to my family and dogs... I highly recommend

Fantastic from start to finish. You do pay a little extra but the customer service, the professional install (all rubbish removed, minimal broken tiles, and quality of work) is fantastic. Our experience with Solargain was great from the time we spoke to them to the completion of the job they where very professional.
