Nelly is amazing. Her knowledge, experience and customer care support is class leading. Whenever i had any questions or concerns, she is always on it immediately and i feel cared and looked after personally and not given the corporate run around or delays Down to earth and prompt service before and after sales. Absolutely a perfect example of a perfect company. Will be recommending Nelly to more friends and family

Just had my 32 kw solar battery installed by Hyperspace Energy. The fabulous Nelly quoted up the system and took measurements and the electrician for installation was so polite and wanted to please. Since installing the battery my monthly electricity bill is now zero and before installation it was $450-$500 per month. I have been recommending them to my friends and family. No hesitation in recommending Nelly Li and the team at Hyperspace Energy in Adelaide.

After meeting initially with Nelly about installing a solar system and battery to our new house, it was clear she knew her industry well. She provided me with cost effective options and differing sizes of systems I could install. After advising me of placement of the panels and battery system, Nelly was able to give me a price unbeatable by any other retailer. The installation was also done quickly and professionally, and as the house was new, I was very fussy about a good job being done. I did not have to worry, as it was all done extremely well with Nelly coming out to do a final inspection before I signed off on the work. I would highly recommend Hyperspace Energy for an installation.
