Rikky was excellent and his team was too. He gave clear advice around several options but was keen to ensure that we drove the choice that suited us, not the other way around. I respected the care AESA is taking to train younger members of the team, which meant the job took longer but that was all explained to us. AESA communicated really well, coordinated things with other tradies and ensured a very high quality job. Highly recommend AESA.

And no pressure whatsoever. The installation team came when scheduled - polite, respectful and thoroughly professional. All Energy Systems recommended a high quality system that was not expensive and offered excellent value for money. The process from start, to the finished installation, was fast, easy and professional. Rikky and his team have been fabulous throughout the process of installing my Tesla Powerwall2 battery. They assisted with getting documentation required for strata approval of installation at my apartment, arrived when promised, worked around unexpected minor complications with skill and no additional charge, and have had great follow up with getting the battery to interact seamlessly with my utility company, even when the cause of the difficulty was not of their making.
