Solar and Battery install exceeded all expectations. We got multiple quotes before committing and Andrew was the only one willing to attend the property to provide a quote. His manner and way of relaying information was courteous and professional. He applied zero pressure and exuded confidence in the products he recommended. We actually changed our minds on the basis of his recommendations and I am very pleased we did, going from Tesla to Sungrow. His quote was “all inclusive” which I was happy to accept since he had seen our house so we got no nasty surprises. The other quotes all came with caveats as they were all done over the phone, AND were generally higher priced too. The installation took an extra day due to inclement weather but the boys never complained and the quality of the install is great. I have since had my electrical supplier out to turn on the feed-in tariff and he was also impressed with the workmanship and setup. We recently had a 15kW solar system and a 40kW battery installed at our veterinary clinic. The installation was incredibly professional, and the team made sure to work outside of business hours so there was no disruption to our operations. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We’re extremely happy with the whole experience and will definitely be using them again. We had a few companies come out to quote us but Andrew was genuine and wasn’t patronising when coming out to quote. He was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail confirming what we already knew and clarifying what we didn’t. It never felt like I was being sold to. Our property often had blackout issues, particularly if it got windy. The house runs on rainwater so we needed a system with battery backup in case of blackouts to still be able to run our water pump, and I work from home so being able to work without the worry of power going out is great. Andrew and the team were excellent, quoting a 14.08kw Solar system and battery fit for purpose. Install was quick and efficient, they cleaned up their mess when they were done, and Dion explained functions so simply and set us up on the app so we can monitor our system in real time. Andrew, Dion and the lads did an amazing job planning and installing our upgraded solar system, battery backup and EV car charger. From quoting to install, Andrew and his team have been easy to communicate with, have listened to our needs, and designed a system to suit without pushing any particular brand or upgrade.
