Ozzie Solar

It's been a long journey for our battery installation. I contacted and paid deposits to many providers before Ozzie solar. Lol. As many let me me down either waited for a long period of time or not delivered the price as promised. Silly me. Should have gone with Ozzie solar as they are local and trustworthy. I want to thank Mike for his patience and service. He has been there for me whenever I have questions. I only paid the deposit in Nov 2025 and got it installed it within two weeks time. I was lucky to be able to slot it in the schedule. Thank you Nick, Chat, Zack for installing the battery for us. Its been a long day for you guys! Nick improvised with my timber board I think it turned out great. Their workmanship is very good. (Little suggestion: if theres a piece of cloth on the floor to protect the floor would be even better while working inside the house for switchboard, i was a bit nervous abt the floor lol) Anyway, we are enjoying the battery very much everyday and can use the aircon / heater whenever we need it. No need to be so frugal anymore ;) lol Thank you Ozzie solar!!

What can I say I got a full system installed 6.65 solar 16.12 battery. From the start John from sales always in contact, then Mike keeping me informed about installation then most of all the installation crew.Started about 9.30 worked until about 3 came back next day 8 until about 11 couldn't fault anything did it in a very safe way. Ps installation day temperature was 43 degrees on a metal roof. The system is working very well and I will never have bill.To finish off had a power outage for 7 hours last night and battery this morning was at 89% would recommend OZZIE SOLAR to anyone.

The OzzieTeam were awesome! John in sales was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the product and the process, we already had solar and wanted to add a battery. Booked in September for November install, arrived on the agreed installation day at the arranged time, big tick ✅! Nick and the team were sensational, excellent professional customer service from start to finish, Liam walked us through the technology, they made sure we were comfortable, all installed and completed in a day! It’s hard to find good service but these guys had it in hand. Well done and thank you Ozzie Team, would recommend!

Aussie solar were great, I had just got a new puppy and the installers were amazingly respectful when he greeted them. They treated my house with alot of respect and kept me informed about what was going on all the time. I had a small issue after the install and called the installers and they were there in a few hours to fault find. I have found their service really amazing from the sales, installers and owners. I am one of those people that is very busy with my house and the quality of installations. They are also extremely honest as I accidentally over paid them and they have called me up to get my details to transfer the money back. I have recommended them to all of my network. The system is they installed is also perfect. It is already making a profit.

I would love to thank John you always went above and beyond. Keeping me informed about the process and made it easy. Nick was a brilliant installer and took the time to explain how the system worked. I highly recommend Ozzie Solar.

Just had a Sinenergy Battery Installed by the team at Ozzie Solar. From the initial meeting and decision making process with Rob to the finishing of the installation by the team on the ground it has been an extremely smooth experience, couldn't recommend them any higher. Glad i kept it Local!
