From commencement with Bree, installation with Jason, Ishi, Bev and Brendan and handover with Beau and Jason, I cannot fault the Solar Dimension team. Very professional, on time and even came up with quick and solid solutions when faced with a problem with install site. Pricing was very competitive to say the least for my the addition of more solar panels and installation of new inverter and batteries. Looking forward to having little to no power bill in the coming years. The repayments work out to be way less than my power bill. Funny enough, right before they finished up, Ergon cut the power to our area and my batteries kicked in to supply my house with electricity while Ergon work.

We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Solar Dimension and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, with regular updates and check-ins so we always knew what was happening and when. The installers were very professional, respectful of our home, and even cleaned up thoroughly after the install, which we really appreciated. Every member of the team — from sales through to admin — has been amazing to deal with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Solar Dimension to anyone considering solar or battery installation.

I had a specific system plan and price in mind and quickly narrowed down my search down to local suppliers and installers. After reading all of the positive recommendations towards Solar Dimension, I can now see why. The team were super helpful right from the start. As soon as I reached out, Vu Tran set to work designing a perfect tailored system, incorporating current needs, future plan and budget and nothing was a problem answering all of the many queries I had right up to (and even after) the install👌🏼 Dan McCarron also took the time to reach out through FB and again at the showroom to make sure we had the perfect tailored package, which was important to me, demonstrating the importance of customer satisfaction and dedication to quality. The install team were fantastic and were there within 2 weeks and I got to meet Andy, Nick, Ish & Liam who were once again, very dedicated and accommodating with queries on power box and tariff arrangement, placement of inverters and panel array. The installation team worked very hard to ensure the job was completed on time, checking over every step and detail. I'm very happy to report that the system has been performing very well so far and is very neat and looks great! We are very happy with the overall experience! I am very happy we made the right choice with Solar Dimension and glad we were able to join the family of a local growing business that supports local people. Please be sure to pass this feedback on to the team, as they surely deserve it! Looking forward to the relationship into the future with Solar Dimension as we work towards Stage 2 of our solar solution in the next few years! Steve Morris Burdell QLD 4818

My second Sungrow system planned and installed with Solar Dimension. Zoe went above and beyond for us after a difficult move in peak wet season. Finding contacts to install a new roof, identifying mains issues and assisting a smooth process through difficulties out here in the bush. Second to none service from planning to install. Zero bills with our new system. Thanks again Solar Dimension team for another fantastic experience.
