Outstanding service from beginning to end for my solar panel upgrade! My experience started with Fraser and Steve up in QLD and ended with Mike and Gus down in Sydney. The knowledge, advice and customer service they all provided was exceptional. The lead up to my installation was all handled by Steve and my site inspection and installation was done by Mike and Gus. Not only did Mike and Gus do an amazing job, they also cleaned up and left everything spotless for me! I am one very happy Yuma customer who would without a doubt recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Gus and Mike arrived on time to perform a very thorough and professional install of my PV system today. The work was detailed, clean, sleek and will be hard-wearing. Their communication throughout was clear and very informative providing me with all relevant and necessary info to handle any potential issues and monitoring capabilities along with a meter upgrade to the existing unit. I recently had the pleasure of working with Yuma Energy for the installation of solar system at my home. After receiving numerous quotes from other installers, a friend referred me to Yuma Energy. From the start, Vincent from the company visited my home to discuss and assess the feasibility of solar installation, taking into account the meter, location, and electricity consumption. I had a lengthy discussion with Vincent and he was very knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, filling the gaps in my understanding of the technology and expectations from the solar system. On the day of installation, Kai and his team arrived punctually and were very courteous. They reassessed the roof area before proceeding with the installation and answered all my questions patiently. I requested them to check the roof tiles for any damage before doing the install, and they replaced them with the spares I had on hand. I also requested them to maximize the roof space for future upgrades, and they kindly reevaluated the panel and meter locations to accommodate my needs. Although the new layout required optimizers to minimize the shading effect, Kai had them on hand and kindly provided them free of charge. After the installation, Kai oriented me through the hardware and app configurations. The team also cleaned up after the installation and took their trash with them. Overall, my experience with Yuma Energy was very positive and I highly recommend their services for anyone considering solar installation.

Fraser and the Yuma team provided us with excellent pre and post sale service and I highly recommend them. We recently had a 10.56Kw system installed. During the process we did a lot of research to determine what components we wanted and which company we would go with. Numerous technical questions were asked, all of which they were able to answer with easy. Customizing the system to our needs was not a problem and the installation was quick and efficient. From the initial contact with Yuma Energy to provide a quote to install a solar system to the completion of an 8.3Kw system, they have been excellent. The sales representative Jakob arrived on time and went through the whole process, explaining everything along the way. All of our questions were answered. There was never any pressure to buy. The installer, Mike was great. he arrived on time and installed the equipment as we asked. Nothing was a problem. When he had finished the installation there was no mess. Mark took over after the completion of the installation and continued to help us with an explanation of the solar tracking app. I strongly recommend Yuma Energy without any hesitation.
