Cody was such an excellent communicator, knew his product, and at no point did he pressure me into buying from their business. Despite going elsewhere due to budget constraints, he checked up on me to get feedback and was completely understanding. Given unlimited budget, I would have gone with Sure Solar. The customer service was very reassuring that if something did go wrong, you wouldn't be left in the dark.

To start with, they went out of their way to make sure that we got the best system for our needs and then carried out the installation in a very efficient and professional manner in less than a day. They also took the time to explain how the system works and how to use it - we would recommend them unreservedly. Richard & Barbara

Read moreI had a system installed by Sure in April of '25 which unfortunately was not what had been agreed upon, so left me disappointed and confused. I'm not one to rant angrily about things, but I never accept anything not done to contract. Communication had been great from day 1 but something went amiss during the handover to the actual install - the installers did fine by the way just the wrong info so therefore wrong install. The rectification of this issue and correct install was done promptly and professionally, hence why I am happy to give a 5-star rating as I know sometimes it doesn't go to plan. I judge more on how people react to that and get through it, there were no denials/scapegoats etc.. just an acknowledgement of where it went wrong and we'll rectify ASAP - which they did. The system is up and running, working well, we're very happy. - Angela
