The most important thing to me was the quality of the install - which means looking after the roof where they're working on, and making sure things that inevitably break get fixed (Boral Swiss Terracotta tiles). Gabe gave me confidence, and the team showed diligence. We are very happy with the outcome.

My experience with Solar Fit was outstanding. I contacted several recommended installers and chose to go with Solar Fit because Gabriel was very patient and answered my many questions promptly and in a way that gave me confidence that I was picking the right system for me (Alpha ESS) and the right installer. The actual installation was very neat. There is minimal cabling visible and the two battery stacks look great, standing parallel. The result is an exceptional looking set-up. There were some teething problems with the AlphaESS app in the first 24 hours but Solar Fit is coming back to reset the battery modules. The battery is charging and everything seems to be working as it is intended. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of battery and installer. They gave me the time and space to decide without any of the usual high pressure sales tricks some others use.
