Over the moon with our recent installation 🙂 We had solar panels installed four years ago and decided it was time to add more panels and a battery. From start to finish, Peter was amazing. He answered all of my questions in detail, which I really appreciated, as the process can feel overwhelming—even when you’ve been through it before. Jason was fantastic on installation day. We ran into a few issues, but they were sorted out immediately, and the service provided was greatly appreciated. The team arrived on time and worked in extreme heat, even staying overtime to make sure the installation was completed. I truly take my hat off to them all. Our whole family has the app downloaded on our phones and we love watching the results in real time. We’re very much looking forward to receiving little to no power bills in the future. I asked for a few quotes for different brand batteries with and without extra solar panels. Pete made this simple and with no fuss. He was happy to chat about the different options I was looking at without pressuring me at all. I settled on a Sig Energy battery with Aiko panels at a really competitive price compared with Canberra local installers. Installation was arranged for a Sunday which suited me with delivery of the equipment on the Friday afternoon before by a 3rd party delivery company. Delivery did not go as planned and Luke (Sculli), and Pete quickly arranged for the equipment to be moved from the street where the delivery driver thought was appropriate! No fuss, just got it done. As it turned out, a single phase gateway was delivered and we needed a 3 phase. I noticed this on Saturday morning and Luke arranged a swap over that same day. Installation day was very wet/rainy but the installation team arrived on time and got the 13 new panels installed and the battery stacked. Awesome work and not expected in the rain. The battery installation/commissioning happened a couple of days later (I was not pushing at all) and so far everything is working great. I had a further request of Sculli to enable Modbus on the Gateway/Inverter for integration with my home automation system, I txt Luke before 7 am and he had Pete activate it by 7:30 am same day. What more can you ask for. Great people to work with, great service which was tested when a couple of things didn't go to plan. Highly recommend getting in touch for all you Canberra people who might have second thoughts about getting an installation done by a Sydney company. Quality panels give you confidence the system should work as expected. This is further boosted when you overhear the installers asking each other what panels they have to install today and their happiness that I'd gone with the Aiko ones. Went with the Sigenergy kit because of the reputation it is generating at the moment. It doesn't yet have a long track record in Australia but seems to be doing well so far. It does deliver the latest technology and features which was important to me. Battery performance is too early to comment on but I expect them to do well. One of the reasons for choosing the Sigenergy batteries was because of the built in safety features including fire suppression per battery module. The control/visibility of what each battery is doing etc via the app is awesome for a nerd like me and I won't lie, the look of the battery stack with the inverter stacked on top is great. It's a good looking bit of kit.

From someone completely new and wary to Solar Batteries and the industry, to a very happy customer. Sculli Solar feel like the benchmark for Solar in Australia. Flawless service from Sam, Jemma, and the install team! I came into this process having done extensive research, speaking to well over a dozen different suppliers at length and sifting through countless reviews. I was tired of empty promises and cheap promotions, so finding Sculli Solar (via Brighte Finance) was a breath of fresh air. They were hands down the most straightforward, responsive and accommodating. A huge shoutout to Sam in sales. He was completely transparent about their products, service and the entire market. Hea took the initiative to research the other options I had on the table and explained the differences honestly, helpful whether I went with them or not. Crucially, Sculli was the only provider willing to explore and secure the exact finance structure I needed through Brighte. They promised they had stock of the Sigenergy system I wanted and guaranteed an installation by their in-house only team within three weeks. As soon as I confirmed, Jemma from Ops reached out immediately with a few options and scheduled me in for the Saturday, and in fact getting it done earlier than promised. The installation was more complex as our house is Hebel/concrete slabs, requiring specific mounting requirements and we wanted the battery outside and out of the way, around the back alleyway. The owner personally called and ensured the additional cabling and concrete pavers were included in the deal to make it perfect. On the day, the team arrived on time, bright and early and even added an extra crew member to ensure efficiency. They handled everything perfectly, communicated effectively, set up the app, and explained every detail of the system. Based on my entire experience this far, Sculli Solar is definitely an up-and-coming Aussie installer that will go far. They are a testament to how the industry should be run—transparent, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. Looking forward to the after-sales service!

Couldn’t be happier with the system designed and installed by Luke and his team. They replaced my old 2.7kW system with a new 16.5kW system plus battery — all completed in one day — and I’m now completely off the grid.
