We recently purchased a Fox CQ-6 42 kW battery with H‑3 15 kW SMART Inverter, AC connected to integrate with our existing PV solar system (LG 10 kW battery with SolarEdge 8 kW Inverter), and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 5 stars for an excellent job. Thank you Shirin for calling me and keeping me updated with the order and installation date. Solbase installed my solar panels and Sigenergy 40kW battery with 15kw inverter and Gateway with full house backup last year taking full advantage of the rebate. All was organised and installed with all cables hidden behind the walls and roof. Today I enjoy using my AC on a 40Deg C day and have not used power from the Grid so nice the installation. After getting a few quotes for a Fox ESS battery installation, we settled on an installation by Solbase before the Christmas break. The installation went smoothly, we did have a hiccup with a missing WIFI dongle but a replacement was sent over from Fox ESS in a day. Fox ESS also have cable covers that I requested which Ala delivered personally. It does require the installer to pop on which I'm hoping will help cover up some of the wires on the right. Overall, my experience was good, the batteries are functioning well and the team are very responsive so I highly recommend the team for your installations.

Solbase supplied and installed my Fox ESS 42kw battery and inverter coupled to an existing solar panel array in February 2026. From my first discussion with Ala he was extremely helpful, very clear, not pushy, and very reasonable in his pricing. The time from quote acceptance to install was around 11 days (including 2 full weekends). Install was professional and neatly completed. I would definitely recommend Ala and the Solbase team.

The service was great, no high pressure sales tactics with decent price, the install crew were very courteous on the day and cleaned up after and provided some basic training. Fast forward 3 months we are very happy. There were some initial issues with the Gateway not working during a blackout but this was quicky resolved via a remote update when I reported & received a call back during weekend hours. Would definitely recommend Solbase team. System: Sigenergy 48kw with Aiko panels.
