We have had 2 Solar systems installed by SCE Energy Solutions and are extremely happy with both installations. What sets SCE Energy Solutions apart from other suppliers in my experience has been the personal service offered by them ... I had a lot of questions prior to making final purchase decisions and Jet and team were more than happy to sit and discuss my questions. Further, after sale support has been very good.

Have had our solar system set up four years ago now. There were just minor issues such as one penal of the 34 may not be generating electricity a few weeks into it, the team sent someone in to check and make sure all is connected and all functioning again even though they were prepared to come and change a panel if it was not working. Two years into the installation, I noticed there was two weeks the solar panels did not generate electricity. Again someone was sent in to check what the issue was and it was again fixed. Each time, I was very impressed by how fast my concern regarding the panels were responded to, and each time it was all quickly fixed by the very friendly team of staff. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would strongly recommend.

SCE Energy Solutions are a very professional outfit. Communication from first contact right through the process was great. They were creative in resolving on the job issues. After sales service is excellent. Ben, our contact was very professional and keen for us to understand the process. Was meticulous in identifying a location that met governmental requirements. Nothing was too hard and alternate solutions were found to overcome unforseen issues immediately. Ensured the property was clear and clean as when they arrived. We are achieving great results and cannot thank them enough for the job they did. Great service and prices. Jas couldn't be more helpful. Only thing that could be added was maybe a monthly or quarterly contact to see how things are going and a progress report on your system for us oldies that aren't that tech savvy.

Smooth Current was recommended by the reputable SolarQuotes website and they did not disappoint. The SCE consultant Harrison was prompt, knowledgeable and met our brief with recommendations and no “hard sell”. The quote was perfect and the installation date arranged promptly. Their SCE team arrived fully staffed performed the entire installation in one day. Double story with 30 solar panels. Onsite post-install inspection with team lead Tim was very informative and useful. A full set of handover documentation arrived next day. Harrison did a post-install follow up and he offered to assist with changing rate plans with energy suppliers. I would recommend SCE to anyone. I could not have expected a better experience.
