The installation went smoothly, and the staff were very professional. They helped replace the damaged roof tiles, and for the tiles that couldn’t be replaced, they used professional adhesive to secure them. Most importantly, I installed the backup system recommended by Banana Sola. It allowed my home to survive the major blackout in the mountain area a few days ago, becoming the only source of light in an otherwise completely dark community (even though many neighbors also had solar panels and batteries). My whole house, including the fridge, lights, TV, Wi-Fi, and even the air conditioner, had power. I strongly recommend that anyone who has solar and batteries should definitely install a backup system.
