From start to finish SolarRun were exceptional. Kristijonas from SolarRun visited to examine my needs for a battery installation. He was an extremely pleasant rep & took account of my needs and answered my many questions in the weeks that followed to help me decide on best course of action. The installation went smoothly & the electricians were polite & efficient. But I did encounter a hitch as the Fox inverter was not sending information of my solar exports to my power provider. While this was somewhat frustrating I found that being polite but insistent is the way to gain a good outcome. To compensate me for time taken to solve the problem Tommy from SolarRun have added blackout protection that I initially had decided against. So now I sit back & await the gains from connecting to a vpp!! And in addition receive the blackout protection I had initially rejected and then regretted when our area had a blackout for about 14 hours.
