Really glad we went with SolarMaxx for solar and battery setup as their after sales service and technical support, particularly from Manoj the owner and Jacob their tech guy has been exceptional. Solarmaxx installed two 6.6 kw systems in our property, consisting of two seperate units in Brisbane, QLD. The whole experience from start to finish was stellar and smooth. Basically took around half a day for the installation for both units. I would highly recommend Solarmaxx to everyone considering solar. We would also happily use the services of SolarMaxx again.

Solarmaxx have now done 3 separate solar installations for me over the past 2 years, all with batteries, and all included very competitive prices and impeccable installation quality. On the 2nd and 3rd installations, the wait time for the batteries was quite frustrating; though I understand that the demand for batteries made this delay universal, no matter who you were going through. Their communications were excellent throughout each of the projects, and they actually followed up after each one, checking that they were performing as expected and to confirm that I was also happy with the results. The last project actually involved last-minute changes (within 7 days of the planned installation) that I requested, and they were flexible, laid out my options and the installation was only pushed back a week due to the changes that I had requested. I've been impressed with the results, and I'm comfortable in recommending them to others for cost-effective yet quality solar installations.

I purchased solar batteries from Solarmaxx and they were installed in mid January 2026. Unfortunately more battery modules were installed than I had ordered. The additional battery was removed in the evening 4 days ago. After the battery module was removed on the App I could see that the batteries were no longer charging. I notified Solarmaxx by e-mail and phone messages and received a quick response. Unfortunately the problem was only partly resolved in the first instance, but a call to Jacob and his quick action, the problems were rectified ! I appreciated his good communication and friendly service. I’m very satisfied with the Solarmaxx after sales service.

Absolute amazing experience with Solar maxx from start to finish. Electrician Thy Pham did a brilliant job.Very neat work. Can't be any more happier and installing panel within week. Good advise from Rick and he was patience after submitting the quote and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Solar Maxx it was a great experience and installation in 1 week is a bargain. Today collection was very decent at 50kw using Goodwe 10kw inverter with 13.2Kw JA solar panels. For battery install wait for election results it may offer 30% discount on batteries. I was surprised to get a call from Jacob after the install to give an update on install status and devices are online. Impressed with the service top notch. Thanks SM
