We installed 13.28 kw system and very happy with it. 5 professional electrician and installer came on the installation day and making sure the system installed perfectly, including setting up the monitoring app on our phone. Would I recommend this company, absolutely yes!

I ordered a 13.3kwh solar system for my house from Solaristech for a very reasonable price. I dealt with Frank who kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. The installer installed the solar panels on the 2024 Australia day which I did not expect. Wow they worked very hard, even on public holiday! A few months ago, when there was a very strong wind in Sydney, I heard rattled sound on the root, I suspected a solar panel may come loose. I emailed solaristech asking them to check and fix the issue accordingly. David from the installation team replied back to me the next day, organising a day to fix the problem. I was impress of how quick they responded to my request. A team of 3 arrived on the agreed date and fixed the issue. Up till now, I have not heard any rattle sound anymore, but there has been no strong wind so far. Finger crossed, the issue is fixed. I have been very please so far with Solaristech company, knowing that the after sale services are there to look after its clients. Highly recommended, I have already recommended the company to my friends.
