To the Office staff Claire & Sarah, always very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help and fit in with your requirements. Lastly the installation team, very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful with the understanding of the installation and App use. We have now had our solar panels and battery installed. This process was absolutely seamless. From the original inspection by Shae the Company Principal, to the one day installation by Ethan the tradesman, along with Hunter, Tyler and Kaitlyn the apprentices, this process went like clockwork. Everyone associated with SJ Power were friendly, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. The installation was clean and the site was left spotless. To top it all off, I obtained 3 quotes and SJ POWER's quote was the most competitive. I would highly recommend SJ Power to anyone that is considering installing solar panels and a battery.

We are both so thankful for the help and support SJ Power have provided. Our inverter broke down we needed to go through the warranty process. The company that installed it had gone out of business so we chose SJ Power to replace the inverter. They were on time and communicated with us through the process. We then had problems with connecting it to the WiFi but once again Sarah came to our rescue and got it sorted. We are very very happy with there service. Would definitely recommend SJ Power.

Shae and his team are very professional and they always kept me up to date with the start time and finish time for my job. I have never in my life had such polite tradespeople,especially the female tradie, unfortunately I forgot her name. It was like dealing with the old school tradies. Always please and thank you when I was ask a question. If your looking for solar panels, solar upgrade or an electrician, I have no hesitation in recommending SJ Power. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I just can't speak highly enough of their presentation and skills. I forgot to add they were the cheapest price by far.
