We went solar to cut our power bills and to be more environmentally friendly and the impact has been substantial. The experience with Resinc was fairly smooth. The salesperson was a bit too heavy-handed and spent more time selling rather than listening, but once we got over that and considered the product and user reviews, we felt comfortable with our decision to go with the company. The installers were great, honest and helpful, and made the whole process easy on the day. The after sales service has been largely positive, with follow up check-ins to ensure we are getting good use of the app and maximising our savings and energy management. The post in-person check-in, which lead to this review, was mixed; rather than providing any meaningful advice, it seemed to be largely focused on gathering feedback from us as users and gathering a testimonial/review. Again, consistent with the initial sales service, it was too heavy handed despite the two men being pleasant enough. In terms of the app mentioned earlier, it's simple to use and easy to understand, even though I don’t check it often. Our first bill showed a substantial saving -- going from $300 to $30, so it's well worth it. I'd definitely recommend solar to anyone interested in saving money, increasing the resale value of their property and reducing their environmental impact, and though it's been a relatively short period, Resinc's equipment, installation and availability for support seems solid enough.

You don’t need to have all the money upfront — the finance option made it really easy for us to go ahead with solar. I’m actually paying less per month than I was for power since installing with Resinc, and it’s a good feeling knowing it’s better for the environment too. The team has been great. They know what they’re doing and have been supportive the whole way through. I liked that they used my actual power bill to size the system instead of relying on fanciful calculations. Everything they installed is high quality, and I’ve never felt unsure about anything. Install was smooth and there were no issues at all.

We have been very happy with Resinc! They're very helpful and nice! They visit us every year. The panels look good. They replaced our old panels from a different company and they're much better experience, and the panels are much bigger!

Our experience with RESINC has been great and we were very impressed from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with did a really great job, especially with communication, which made the whole process easy and stress free. Installation day went really smoothly. They did have to split it across days due to the weather, but there were minimal disruptions and everything was handled professionally. All safety precautions were taken, which gave us a lot of confidence in the team. We have been using the app to monitor our system and it has been great to see how everything is performing. I was obsessed with checking it at the start. We have not received our first bill yet, but we are expecting it to be very low based on what we have seen so far. I have already told a few friends about RESINC and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about solar.
