I cannot say enough about the Team at Green Star Solar. Gavin, Kent and Andy were excellent to work with, from the design phase to implementation. This was a very challenging site with very limited access to install solar, but the Team from Green Star Solar took it in their stride and came up with solutions to all the challenges the job delivered. The knowledge of the products installed was really great and they gave me their time to answer all of the queries I presented (retired Engineer). Great job, Green Star Solar, thank you for delivering our solar installation in a safe and efficient way.

Gav was awesome in my experience. He came in much cheaper than the next nearest quote. He discussed and went along with a couple of options I requested. Started very soon after I agreed to go ahead (8.8kW Panels 24kWH Battery). He used his own team (no contractors here) who were prompt, polite and cared about the quality of their workmanship. Gav discussed another option while he was finishing up and came back a couple of days later to carry out the work at no charge. I'm a sparky myself and was very happy with the equipment we went with. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and would highly recommend Gav and his team to anyone.

I'm very happy with the solar install that Gavin and his team did for us. He was very responsive, pricing was fair and the installation was quick and easy. We had some minor issues post installation (panels were visible from the ground and the inverter software needed updating) which were addressed within 24 hours of me notifying Gavin. Gavin from Green Star Solar provided a very competitive quote form my 16kw LG/ SolarEdge PV system. His team were polite, efficient and did a professional install and are qualified electricians. My system has been working perfectly now for almost 3 months. I know of several other homes and businesses in my suburb who have used him and all are very happy, that made it even easier for me to sign up with them.

Green Star Solar was a terrific company to work with. they answered all my questions, engaged in constructive discussions, were flexible in providing alternatives at my suggestion and have been willing with backup questions and service much to my satisfaction. Green Star Solar's work operatives were professional, they were experienced in their work, were easy to get on with, they were neat and had obvious pride in their work, and did a really good job. I also had a separate quotation for electrical work in my house and they performed that to my satisfaction despite some tricky electricianship to be done. The quotation for that work was also very competitive. I would have no problem in recommending Green Star Solar as both solar providers and general electricians.

Gavin came out of his way to tell me what was needed with my complicated twin system setup. His company installs for a wellknown company in Newcastle. He was very helpful, knowledgable and the information given allows me to know full costs for battery installation. Brian Morley
