Last week I had Evolution Electrical and Solar install my solar system and batteries, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was extremely precise and detail-oriented from start to finish. A special mention to Phil, who was outstanding throughout the process — always available, clear in his explanations, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done perfectly. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Phil and his team are exceptionally professional, considerate, honest, informative, and capable. Quite honestly, we couldn't rate Phil and the teams work ethic and level of service and support throughout the entire process highly enough. Over approx 36 months, we have had Phil and his team installing 3 times, firstly for solar panels front of house (where he even had his team members hold each panel option up on my roof so I could select the best panel colour to quote to match our new roof), then back to install additional panels on the rear of the house, and today to install a Powerwall 3 and Expansion pack. I personally found making the decision to install solar in the beginning, as well as deciding on best battery solution etc, a little nerve racking, just given the risk involved if installation isn't actioned properly, thankfully Phil's experience, professionalism and high levels of communication and expertise has provided an enormous amount of peace of mind. I would also say I'm not the most tech savvy person, so the assistance, calmness and time explaining the app, how's the solar panels and batteries work really add to the smooth process and exceptional service. My husband and myself couldn't recommend Phil highly enough (if there were more than 5 stars available, we would give them). Certainly Phil has delivered excellence from start to finish, providing us the optimal solar installation experience, throughout all three of our installations, as we have added to our system.

There are a lot of different providers in this industry, but Phil & his team are very professional, do great work, provide top advice throughout the process and ensure it is by the book, so you don't end up with issues down the track. If you are going to make an investment in an asset that lasts many years, make sure you also invest with a great provider to get the job done properly.
