Energus was very honest from the beginning and I was never under pressure to sign any deals. All the information were clear and easy to understand. I did want to go for a larger system but due to the limited space of my roof it was not ideal and this was clearly explained to me. The technicians team did a fantastic job on the date of the installation as well as those who came to install the new meters later on. Communication could have been better but they did contact me about the delay and I had no problems getting through to their Customer Service.

Fantastic professional company from sales right through to installation. Was fitted with a system that would accommodate the future needs of my business. The team at Energus were always attentive to my needs and offered the best value for money of any of the providers they were competing with. The installation was performed within the allocated time by a friendly and helpful installation team. Couldn't fault anything regarding the system. It has performed to expectation so far and Energus are always checking in to see if there is anything questions or issues that need addressing. 5 star company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. A+++

Rob was extremely easy the work with and designed a 6kw system around our needs with quality products and sympathetic to the surrounding environment. All at a very reasonable price. From start to finish, the Energus team were very professional. Dennis from the first contact via phone and also prompt emails in return with quotes and information on the products was so helpful. Shashank was quick with setting up the monitoring and paperwork for energy company, great to also get a follow up phone call to make sure everything was submitted with paperwork. Lastly Jaek who installed the panels did a great job and was so helpful with setting up the inverter wifi monitoring, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended!

In mid October 2016 I made contact with Energus with view of installing a Solar system on Best Western Goulburn. I expressed the need to be prompt as the rebates would be lowered at the end of December and the install needed to be complete by that date. Energus planned a 60kw Solar system consisting of 240 Panels and 2 inverters. Contracts were exchanged the end of October. The install was completed by the 18/11/2016. This was possibly the best organised project I've been involved with.I would certainly have no hesitation to endorse this company

I’m very happy by recent dealing with Energus. From beginning both Dennis (sales), Miko (customer service), Shashank (project manager) have been very helpful and friendly, response quickly to all my inquiries, provide information and updating me every step of the process. Shashand also helped me to set up monitoring account with ABB and prepare the paperworks for the smart meter change to my energy provider. Lastly, Kane the electrician / installer is also very friendly and professional. On the day of installation he came early and working alone all by himself because the other man was sick, couldn’t turn up at the last minute. Even so Kane did a fantastic job and finished the work on time just before the rain started. His skills & experiences make the job seems very easy and simple. I would highly recommend Energus team to anyone seeking solar installations.
