Read moreWe had our solar and battery installed by Audra Energy two weeks ago and we are very happy. To start our solar journey, we obtained three quotes. Jordan from Audra was the only person who came to our house prior to quoting for the job. After talking with us about our electricity usage, he sent through a quote with three competitive options. Based on a bit more of our own research, we called Jordan and asked him to redo our quotes with a larger solar array. He did so later that day and sent it through. We asked who would be doing the installation and he assured us that it would be him and his business partner. We booked it in and both he and Matt turned up on the day of installation. After installation, Matt explained how to download the system app and the basics of how it would operate. Both Jordan and Matt said if we had any issues, just to call. Late afternoon, we had a non-urgent question and it was answered with a visit from Matt the next day. Great service. Would highly recommend Jordan and Matt, Audra.

Very informative people (Matt & Gordy) and professional job was done as quoted a couple of hassles but everything was sorted would recommend.

Installation went smoothly. We have been very happy with the system we've got, and now have contacted Audra again to install batteries, which we are very much looking forward to. Great little local Newcastle company, that's professional and honest.
