Read moreI just got my Powerwall 3 installed. Thanks to Rupen from the sales team and Aaron from the after-care team's help. Rupen is amazing. I asked a lot of questions before I placed the order and he always can provide me the answers no later than the next noon time. After he finished the oder, he still helped me for some other issues. Aaron is a lifesaver. After the installation, we can not connect our phones to the Powerwall 3. Aaron helped us to communicate with Tesla team and got the issue fixed. Overall, it is a good experience. But if the PM team can provide the same level service as sales/after-care teams, I will not hesitate to rank 5 stars.

Read moreI am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with 1Komma5 Firstly, I would like to commend Brendan for his outstanding customer service. He demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism, and genuine care in assisting me with my enquiry. His patience and willingness to explain details clearly made a significant difference, and I felt confident and supported throughout the process. Employees like Brendan represent your company in the best possible way, and I truly appreciate his efforts. However, I would also like to raise a concern regarding the battery installation process. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication from the installer which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The information provided to me did not align with what was actually delivered on the day of installation, which created some frustration and delays. I believe this is an area where clearer communication and better coordination could greatly improve the customer experience. Overall, while I am very pleased with Brendan’s excellent service, I hope that the issues with the installation team can be reviewed so that future customers can enjoy a smoother process.

The system works great and is proving to be a very good investment. The installation was very neat and tidy and the supervisor was helpful in assisting to download the Tesla app and explaining how everything worked. Will definitely look to utilise the services again to install additional batteries next year.

Read moreTerribly disappointed with the aftermarket service provided. I informed 1Komma5 about an Enphase Microinverter that wasn't working on 22 December. Whilst I understood/expected some delays in having the repair done due to the Christmas closure period. It's now 1st February and still I have nothing but a few courteously worded emails of apology and promises of action. I was ghosted once I suggested I would be referring the matter to Fair Trading. Great to see others have nice looking new installs (mine was like that too) but consider carefully what you'll receive when equipment fails. EDIT: Was contacted by Graeme from 1Komma5 who was very concerned about how my warranty claim was handled. He got personally involved, and resolved things in good time. Sometimes a good employee can make up for the poor performance of others. I'd recommend 1Komma5 based on this experience.

Read moreWith so many cowboys out there selling Solar I was nervous and very cautious with who I was going to hand over some serious money to. Fortunately a friend and a family member had used and recommended Solaray. They had a great experience with their staff and installers plus offered competitive top of the industry product and pricing. We've had our panels in for a few months now and are reaping the rewards. Our first monthly bill was a credit. Not bad considering it rain constantly for 2 weeks after install. We had a few technical issues post install (which can happen) and Solaray were like a dog at a bone, they kept coming out to rectify the issue and were not happy until I was happy. They really make you feel like they are on the journey with you. We highly recommend them!

26 Feb 2026My Tesla Wall 3 battery was installed at my home, by technicians that were on time, polite, helpful with information on how the app worked. The instruction went perfectly.
