We live in Brisbane and several of our neighbours have been broken into recently and had their cars stolen. Fortunately, so far, we’d been untouched, but thought it was only a matter of time before we became another victim. We decided to install a security camera system for our home. One of our friends suggested we speak with Ian Davis at Eversafe Security. We Googled Eversafe Security and liked what we saw on his website. Ian arranged to personally inspect our home so he could get the full picture and provide an accurate quote. We really liked that he made the effort to come out, whereas other security companies just wanted to quote us using Google earth. When Ian was here, he spent over an hour asking questions and offering suggestions on would be the best solution to protect us and the house. We liked that he was straight forward and knew his products for solutions to keep us safe. The quote Ian sent us had options for the camera system as well as an alarm system which we can turn on when we go to bed. We discussed these options, including the upgrade to a flashing light camera at the front of the house, and booked his team to install both the camera and alarm systems the following week. As promised, Ian arrived on installation day to start the technicians and came back later to supervise the programming and hand-over. Less than 4 days after the system was fitted, the local teenage thieves attempted to break into our home at 4am in the morning, but were scared away by the flashing red and blue camera lights, just what we wanted! The cameras and the alarm have made us feel so much safer, especially now that we have seen first-hand that these cameras actually do scare thieves away. Thank you Ian and Shawn. I can not recommend your business highly enough.

I have to thank Ian, for his dedicate work installing the whole house security system and the video doorbell. Not only he tried hard to solve the unprecedented problem, but also states explicitly the way how to operate the system. I am a person with limited technology skills. With his plain and simple instructions, I shall be able to have constant surveillance my house through the app in my smartphone in remote control mode. His professional skills and experience is trustworthy. I would rather pay a little more money for comprehensive protection than leaving the house in an unsecured state. With more than forty years of experience in the industry. I believe Eversafesecurity Company with Ian is the right choice for your home security. This is the first time I search the information from the website. The review is very good from customers. I do not usually believe what they say. When everyone says the reviews with positive ratings, I get it is reliable. I just want Ian continuing to providing services before his retirement. N H

I want to thank Ian Davis and his technicians for top quality advice and service in providing us with the perfect camera system. I had quotes from a few companies and none asked as many questions about what I wanted, or explained all the pro’s and con’s as Ian did. With his knowledge I was able to make an informed decision and got exactly what we needed. I liked that the installers checked where everything was to be fitted before starting, and at the end of the installation Ian came back to check, and they showed us how to work the cameras. They were professional and communicative throughout the whole job. We didn’t go for the cheapest price but what we felt was best value and service. I’ve dealt with other trades in the past and found this company to be very customer oriented. I would highly recommend Eversafe Security to anyone looking for a good value job.

I chose to contact Eversafe Security for installation of a security system for my house based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. Ian did a thorough assessment of my house exterior and interior and made excellent suggestions for placement of the cameras, sensors and other monitoring equipment. For me it spoke volumes of his vast experience in this type of business, which was very important to me. The whole installation process was swift, and his data cable installer and electrician were readily available and professional. Ian went on to make excellent suggestions for other lighting to deter intruders which I undertook to have installed. I now go to sleep at night and go to work each day feeling much safer for having a reliable security system. Highly recommend.

I needed my old security system attended immediately as the modem was making multiple calls to the remote control room. Eversafe Security was able to come out that same day and fix the fault as well as updating my alarm to an NBN ready system. They understood my old brand keypad and were able to come up with a solution to update it which included an app for remote arming and disarming. From the moment Ian walked in until he left, I was impressed with the level experience and service offered. Well done and thank you.

Ian and his team installed our home security system last year. Very professional, helped us to decide on the best system for our home, within our budget, and was installed quickly. Never had a problem with follow up over the year to make sure all was working properly. Would highly recommend.
