We live in Brisbane and several of our neighbours have been broken into recently and had their cars stolen. Fortunately, so far, we’d been untouched, but thought it was only a matter of time before we became another victim. We decided to install a security camera system for our home. One of our friends suggested we speak with Ian Davis at Eversafe Security. We Googled Eversafe Security and liked what we saw on his website. Ian arranged to personally inspect our home so he could get the full picture and provide an accurate quote. We really liked that he made the effort to come out, whereas other security companies just wanted to quote us using Google earth. When Ian was here, he spent over an hour asking questions and offering suggestions on would be the best solution to protect us and the house. We liked that he was straight forward and knew his products for solutions to keep us safe. The quote Ian sent us had options for the camera system as well as an alarm system which we can turn on when we go to bed. We discussed these options, including the upgrade to a flashing light camera at the front of the house, and booked his team to install both the camera and alarm systems the following week. As promised, Ian arrived on installation day to start the technicians and came back later to supervise the programming and hand-over. Less than 4 days after the system was fitted, the local teenage thieves attempted to break into our home at 4am in the morning, but were scared away by the flashing red and blue camera lights, just what we wanted! The cameras and the alarm have made us feel so much safer, especially now that we have seen first-hand that these cameras actually do scare thieves away. Thank you Ian and Shawn. With his knowledge I was able to make an informed decision and got exactly what we needed. I chose to contact Eversafe Security for installation of a security system for my house based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. Ian did a thorough assessment of my house exterior and interior and made excellent suggestions for placement of the cameras, sensors and other monitoring equipment. For me it spoke volumes of his vast experience in this type of business, which was very important to me. The whole installation process was swift, and his data cable installer and electrician were readily available and professional. Ian went on to make excellent suggestions for other lighting to deter intruders which I undertook to have installed. I needed my old security system attended immediately as the modem was making multiple calls to the remote control room. Eversafe Security was able to come out that same day and fix the fault as well as updating my alarm to an NBN ready system. They understood my old brand keypad and were able to come up with a solution to update it which included an app for remote arming and disarming.
