I had MGM Security install new security cameras today and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first quote right through to installation, their service was exceptional. Michael was incredibly professional, punctual, polite and super tidy. He took the time to fully explain everything that was being done, answered every question with patience, and didn’t leave until I was 100% comfortable and confident with the system. What really stood out was how kind and attentive Michael was—he genuinely listened to what I needed, took the time to understand my concerns, and made sure the setup was perfect. The entire experience felt easy and supportive, and I have great comfort knowing there is post-installation assistance if I need it. Absolutely first-class service. I would recommend MGM Security to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused security installer.

Michael did a great job in installing outdoor cameras and an outdoor alarm beam.He turned up on time, discussed the options we had in positioning the cameras, worked without making a mess, assisted us with downloading the apps and explained how to operate the system. We can now also add an indoor alarm to the system. Michael is using AJAX, a good system also recommended by other installers.Costs were quite affordable. Thanks Michael for your professionalism, kindness, expertise and for giving us peace of mind in times where crime is gradually increasing. We can highly recommend MGM Security.😄
