The Ajax system he installed is really easy to use and the service from the security monitoring company is super fast. We initially only put in the alarm because our insurer re hired it but I am very glad we did.

During installation he went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know to use the system. He was prompt, courteous, and helpful right from the start. He gave us the right advice for our needs and we felt looked after from start to finish and now feel much safer after the installation.
