What a professional business with excellent employees. Poolwerx did my post concrete pool clean and helped set the pool system back up. Jack was fantastic and I am very pleased my pool is in safe hands with Poolwerx.

Came to PoolWerx for advice on bringing back a green pool which also has a thick layer of what we thought was alge on the walls after our pool pump was out of action for three months. Turns out it is calcium build up from filling the pool from a very saline bore. I was given a huge amount of information from the guys there about bore water salinity, effects of that, how to mitigate that in the future, advice about lighting and cleaning up the pool too. Within 12 hours of adding the chemical we saw a marked difference in the alge bloom and colour and clarity of the water which was great after doing expensive battle using advice from another pool company with no effect. Wish we'd spoken to these guys first. I now have a record on file there with photos of my equipment, size of pool and through that we found that out salt cell is probably not sufficient for the pool size which is also adding to the problem. PoolWerx have a reputation for not being the cheapest in town but I don't want cheap, I want quality info and products at a reasonable price and this is what we get here. 100% will be using these guys in the future.
